Our Support Services

Supporting people to have meaningful lives in their community.

A place-based, community focused NDIS service that aims to increase opportunities for social participation, inclusion, wellbeing and meaningful occupation for people of all abilities.

Programs of Support

Group-based options that help you reach your NDIS goals. Each program runs for up to 12 weeks focusing on one of the following key areas:

Individual Support

Person-centred, one-to-one supports to help you participate in daily life to your full potential. We can assist you in the home, out in the community and with respite options in some circumstances.

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinators can help you to understand your NDIS plan and options, access services, work creatively to achieve goals and build capacity for greater independence and participation in the community.

Pathways

If you’re interested in getting a job but need to gain skills and experience first, our Pathways team can link you with pre-accredited training, TAFE courses, volunteering and work experience.

We run a 12 week pre-accredited Transition to Work course that helps you write a resume, understand employer expectations and even gives you practical work experience at our Social Enterprises.

Youth After School Program

For young people aged 14-17.

Prepare for your transition from school by improving life skills and connecting to adult services.

Improved Relationships

We have an NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner who can assist you with managing challenging behaviours and persistent behaviours of concern. We work with the individual and their support network to implement strategies that reduce risks, and improve emotional regulation, coping strategies and communication skills.
